The rehabilitation of the building was based on a contemporary version of the Pombaline functionalism, taking advantage of the high ceilings and natural light. The comfort was studied in detail: the areas are fluid, all the bedrooms are en suite and the kitchen open to the living room gives it a clear vocation for conviviality.
