It benefits from floating floors in dry areas, false ceilings in plasterboard, aluminum frames with double glazing, LED spotlights, security door, pre-installation of air conditioning, heat pump for water heating, and also includes a parking space on floor -1, maintaining contemporary and functional finishing standards.
