It benefits from floating floors in the dry areas, false plasterboard ceilings, aluminum frames with double glazing, LED spotlights, security door, pre-installation for air conditioning, heat pump for DHW and also includes a parking space on the 1st floor, maintaining contemporary and functional finishing standards.
